Knight's Diner is the hands down best place to eat breakfast in Spokane. The food is amazing, the service is fast, the prices are good and Vickie, the owner, is a wonderful human. It's an old train car with old-timey decorations and feel. I am beyond sad Vickie is retiring and today was the last day for the classic Knight's menu!

No tables, only counter seating, and it was awesome! Great breakfast, and gets busy fast. If you don't want to wait, I recommend you get there early. their hash browns are great especially since you can get them with brown gravy and grilled onions! It's also fun to watch the work and such tight quarters.
